Kits based on IM® K–5 Math and IM® v.360

Your teachers cut nothing. The curriculum gets taught the way it was written.

Every lesson and center card the grade calls for — printed, cut, sorted by unit and lesson, and boxed before it reaches your building. One line on a purchase order. Zero hours at the paper cutter.

Every vendor says “saves time.” Including the lesson cards is what really saves it.

The curriculum is designed to be taught with materials in students’ hands. When prep time runs out, teachers make a rational choice — they skip the center and hand out a worksheet, and the task that was supposed to build the concept quietly disappears. A district that bought the curriculum and never sees centers or card sorts in classrooms did not get what it paid for.

A curriculum is only as good as the coherence with which it is taught.

What one grade level actually contains Individual card decks in one classroom kit · based on IM® K–5 Math

Every one of these is a separate deck that has to be printed on 80 lb stock, cut, sorted, bagged and boxed before a single lesson runs. Counted from the deck lists published on our own product pages — not estimated.

What a district actually compares:
Copy masters — low sticker price, and every hour of printing, cutting and organizing is paid for in teacher time.
A finished kit — one line on a purchase order, zero hours.

What making them yourself costs

  • 80 lb card stock — copy paper will not survive a year in a center bin.
  • Colour toner, because a large share of the decks are colour-coded or image-based.
  • A guillotine that cuts card stock, and a spare blade.
  • Bags, boxes and labels for every deck, or the sets mix within a fortnight.
  • The hours — printing, cutting, sorting, bagging and boxing, for every deck above, for every classroom.

The copy masters are free. The cutting is not.

Why districts choose us over a copy-master set

Four things a box of blank card stock cannot do.

Pre-cut

Arrives ready to hand out

Not printable files. Physical cards, already cut, sorted and boxed by lesson.

Consistent

Every classroom the same

A coach walking four rooms sees four identical sets, so coaching is about the math.

Authored

Made by someone who taught it

Created by a teacher who also contributed to the professional learning team for the curriculum, and who taught from it before she cut a single card.

Durable

Built to withstand student use

Heavy card stock and boards built to take student use, not to last a single month.

Districts already teaching with the kits

What curriculum leaders tell us.

Our teachers stopped spending Sunday afternoons at the paper cutter. That is the whole review.

The centers actually run now. Before, they were the first thing to get dropped when the week got tight.

A coach walking into four rooms sees the same materials on the same day. That changed what our coaching meetings are about.

Planning, not prepping — the kit is open on the table and the teacher guide is the thing being read.
